Springfield, MO - 417 Magazine has named KY3 News anchors Lisa Rose and Ethan Forhetz the best female and male TV personalities, respectively. Brandon Beck was also voted as the best TV meteorologist and Ned Reynolds won for best sports anchor. 2013 is the 15th year for 417 Magazine's "Best Of" awards.
