Entergy Arkansas: Still assessing damage in places, 60K restored, 135K to go

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Entergy Arkansas says it is still assessing damage from the winter storm that knocked out electricity to a peak of nearly 200,000 of its customers.
