DIXON, Mo. - Two men who escaped from the Dixon city jail on Sunday night are back in custody. Officers caught Brandon Monell, 23, of Crocker, about 9:45 Monday morning at a home south of Crocker. The other inmate, whose identity hasn't been released, was arrested near Crocker about 3:25 a.m.
