HARRISON, Ark. -- Sheriff’s deputies arrested a fugitive who is suspected of shooting a store clerk in the head. The arrest of Phillip Engles, 27, was about 2 p.m. Monday at a home on Martin Road in Boone County. The shooting was Saturday night near Bellefonte.
