SMITHVILLE, Tex. -- It falls from the skies of Texas. But bottled rainwater from the Lone Star State is finding its way to the Show-Me state -- served up to football fans in St. Louis. A company in Smithville, Texas collects rainwater, purifies it and sells it as drinking water. Even with the crippling drought, the company owner wasn't worried. "Even during the drought, we had plenty of water left over (from last year) since we only need about 7 to 10 inches a year to operate our manufacturing facility," said David Schraub.
