SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Brian Graham, 57, received a five-year prison sentence on Friday from Circuit Judge Tom Mountjoy for deviate sexual assault. A jury last April convicted Graham after a three-day trial for sexually assaulting the victim in May 2009.
