Shooting happened in area near several homes and businesses, police have no suspects
SPRINGFIELD, MO -- Springfield police continue to investigate a mid-afternoon shooting resulting in the death of a 35-year old male. The victim's body was found in an ally behind a strip of businesses near the 2700 block of South Campbell. People who live near the area say the crime happened too close to home.
