POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. -- Former first lady Laura Bush comes to southwest Missouri on Thursday to speak at College of the Ozarks and help dedicate a new high school on the campus. The wife of former President George W. Bush speaks at 7 p.m. at the Howell W. Keeter Athletic Complex at the school's annual community convocation.
