SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- A company that manufactures small motors and related products said Tuesday that it will close its plant here by the end of 2014, laying off about 330 employees. Regal Beloit said in a news release that it will transfer the work of the plant at 2401 E. Sunshine St. to other plants in the United States and Mexico.
