SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- People driving along Interstate 44 in the Ozarks on Friday may have seen a man in a wheelchair traveling along the shoulder. Gabriel Cordell, 42, is on a quest to cross the United States to send the message that no one has to be limited by physical circumstances.
