SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Major changes starting Monday at the Library Center on South Campbell Avenue will affect visitors and City Utilities of Springfield bus riders. Library visitors may contend with noise and dust during a major roof project, and bus riders will have to catch their rides at the street.
